Liberty has never come from the government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of the government. The history of government is a history of resistance. The history of liberty is the history of the limitation of government, not the increase of it.

Submission Guidelines
In keeping with our Mission Statement and Goals, LiberateUS is seeking submissions of written work that go beyond criticism or editorial commentary on current news and events. We are looking for works that provide clear, honest, and accurate descriptions of issues facing America today. Works should include thoughtful analysis of issues citing sources of information, and most importantly, should suggest positive actions that we as Americans can take to effect change.
In short, it's not enough to point out the problems or to complain about them - we want to hear what we can DO about them!
LiberateUS will not shy away from controversial or unpopular issues, and free expression of personal opinion within an article is acceptable provided the article presents the facts of an issue accurately.
While our primary focus is on Government, Political Reform, Constitutional Law and Current Events, we also welcome work that challenges the Status Quo in the areas of Media Reform, Social Issues, Education and Science.
We are also interested in well researched articles regarding History or Biographical Profiles of Individuals, particularly as they may relate to current events or trends in Government and Society.
Finally, we are looking for submissions for a feature section titled "Profiles in Patriotism". Profiles in Patriotism is intended to provide a positive vision for the future of America, by profiling individuals who through their actions, have effected positive change. These need not be well known individuals, nor do the changes have to be profound; they merely need to demonstrate that one person really CAN make a difference.
LiberateUS provides no monetary compensation for submitted works, however, articles are fully credited and we may promote published articles to other sites to increase exposure of the article and author. The author of any published work retains full Copyright.
Articles may be submitted within the body of an email message, or as a text or MS Word attachment via email to editor@liberateus.org. Submissions selected for publication on the LiberateUS website generally appear within a week of acceptance.
Thank you.
